- Conceived, created & negotiated with underwriters a pan-European MPI facility for major Banks & Financial Institutions in Continental Europe to provide to their customer base on both a wholesale and retail basis
- Successfully negotiated Price Protection Insurance as an integral part (wholesale) of the UK's largest credit card with 10,000,000 customers
- Developed a pan-European Auto Warranty insurance facility for the world's largest publisher/distributor of Classified Ads creating consequent new revenue streams in France, Italy, Spain & Hungary
- Creation of global Customer Insurance Programmes with resultant revenue-enhancement in excess of £2m compared with previous separate country arrangements
- Consolidation of all Corporate Insurance for 5 major business subsidiaries with cost savings in excess of £0.5m compared with previous separate arrangements
- Created first UK residual value insurance programmes for residential property enabling acquisition of £300m of such properties
- Arranged insurance programme for residential property securitisation enabling sale of £100m of such properties & thereby reduced Corporate gearing
- Arranged & managed Bermudan-based Captive insurance programme for UK residential vacant properties enabling increase in insurance premium revenue from 25% to 70%
- Developed insurance broking business from inception with 5 staff to become largest, privately owned, insurance broker in N W England with 55 staff
